Ingredients
100 g Pasta
1 st Garlic Chopped
100 g asparagus, cut into 2-3 cm long pieces
150 g carrots, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
100 g sugar snap peas
1 tbsp dry white wine
50 g low-fat soft cheese
1/2 tbsp chopped dill
1 tbsp oil
salt, Pepper
Directions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the Garlic, and vegetables and fry them on fairly high heat while stirring for about 5 minutes. Add the wine.
3. Mix in the soft cheese. Drain the pasta, Save 2 tablespoons of the cooking water. Mix the pasta and the saved 2 tablespoons of the cooking water into the vegetable pan. Stir in the dill and season with salt and pepper. Mix and serve hot.
