Ingredients:
3 cups wheat flour
3 cups brown sugar
1 cup coffee cream
1 cup sour milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
100 g raisins
1/2 tsp cloves
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
2 tsp bicarbonate
Directions
1. Mix the wheat flour and brown sugar together with the cream and the filet and stir the batter free of lumps. Let it stand for two hours.
2. Beat the egg. Mix cinnamon, ginger, raisins and cloves. Pour this together with the melted butter and bicarbonate.
3. Pour the batter into a well-greased and breaded form and bake it at 200 c for approx. 40 min.
