Directions:
Mix olive oil, chopped garlic, basil leaves, rosemary, sea salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Put the piece of meat on a rack in a pan. Rub the oil mixture on the meat.
Place the pan in a preheated oven for 200°C. It takes 1-1 ½ hours, but the time depends on the quality and thickness of the meat. Keep an eye on your cooking time. If you prefer it medium-rare, take it out 5 to 10 minutes earlier. For well done, leave it in for another 10 to 15 minutes. Use a thermometer if you prefer to get the perfect result.
