Ingredients
100 g sugar
1 egg
2 egg whites
4 slices of peach, preserved in juice drained, and finely chopped
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 Large passion fruit, pulp pitted and pressed through a sieve.
200 g wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup almond flakes
Direction
1. Heat the oven to 200. Place baking paper in a small pan, approx. 20 x 30 cm.
2. Beat sugar, eggs, and egg whites to a fluffy batter. Mix the others pineapple puree, oil, and passion fruit juice. Fold in the wheat flour mixed with baking powder and salt.
3. Spread the batter in the mold and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake in the lower part of the oven until the cake has a nice color, 20-30 min.
