Ingredients
75 g Cassler
3 boiled potatoes
25 g fresh broccoli
1 onion
3 eggs
2-3 tbsp milk
salt pepper
margarine
Directions
Shred the cassler and the broccoli. cut the potatoes into medium pieces.
peel and chop the onion. fry it in the cooking fat. then add meat and potatoes and let it fry for a couple of minutes.
whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour it into the pan.
Lift the batter with a fork from time to time so that the new batter can run down and solidify.
The omelet is ready when the surface is a little creamy but the rest has solidified.
