Ingredients:
100 g butter or margarine
4 dl oatmeal
1 1/2 dl Sugar 1 1/2 wheat flour
1 dl raisins
2 Egg whites
Garnish: 40 hazelnuts
Directions:
1. melt the butter and pour it into a bowl. Let it cool for a while.
2. Add oatmeal and sugar and stir well. Add wheat flour, raisins, and egg whites, and work everything together into a batter.
3. Grease trays or put them on baking paper.
4. Press out the cake batter with the help of two teaspoons into top-shaped, slightly uneven cakes.
5. Garnish with a hazelnut core on each cake.
6. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes until slightly brown. Protect the cookies dry.
