Ingredients
250g Fish
500 ml Coconut milk
2 pcs Garlic
12 g Ginger
1-2 Red Chili dry (Whole)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Medium Onion
20g Mustard seeds
2 st Cardamom
2st Cloves
1-2 tsp Red Chili Powder
Coriander as your desire
2-3 tbs Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Marinate fish with little salt and pepper and let it be in fridge 1 hour then fry fish pieces in heated oil to golden color.
Take out fried fish pieces. - Saute whole red chili, cardamoms, and cloves in hot oil.
- Add onion garlic mustard seeds ginger paste (ground them together) Also add salt, red chili, turmeric, and coriander powders.
Mix well Roast for a while. - Add 500 ml Coconut milk to a cooking pan and boil. When coconut milk is becoming hot add fried fish.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from stove. serve hot.
