Ingredients:
200 ml whipping cream
2 eggs (Yellow)
3 tablespoons sugar
2-3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 tablespoon brandy
cherries
Directions:
Whip the cream until fluffy but not too hard. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites.
2. Whisk together egg yolks, sugar, cocoa, and brandy in another bowl. Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam.
3 ‘Carefully fold together with the egg mixture and the beaten egg whites.
4. Pour the batter into a box and leave it in a freezer about 4-5 hours before use. Garnish with cherries.
