Ingredients
220g Flour
2 tbs Cocoa Powder
180g Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanila
2 Large eggs
100 ml Oil/Melted Butter
150 ml Milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and bake for approx 40 minutes in a 175c preheated oven. When cake is ready take out and let it be cool under a kitchen towel.
Beat the Heavy cream in a bowl with 50/75 g sugar. when cream becomes thicker add 2-3 tbs cocoa powder and 200 g Philadelphia cream cheese, and continue mixing for another couple of minutes.
Sandwich the cake with the chocolate cream and decorate top of the cake as you wish with Fruits or grated chocolate.
