Ingredients:
200g Flour
100g Melted Butter
4 Eggs
150g Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Lemon, Zest
2 tsp Icing Sugar
Directions;
1.Beat sugar, eggs, and lemon zest into a light batter.
2. Mix flour and baking powder and mix in alternately with the butter.
3. Heat the oven to 200
4. Lay out small bread forms made of paper on a baking sheet. Fill them two-thirds full with the batter. Bake them in the oven until the cakes have a nice color. about 10 min. Let the cakes cool on a wire rack. Loosen any molds and sift over icing sugar.
