Ingredients:
1kg Chicken
150g Onion
100g Mushroom
100g Tomato puree
1tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
20g Chili Sauce
2Tbs Butter
150g Natural yogurt
Salt to taste
Directions:
Wash & dry chicken with paper towels. Add black pepper turmeric and little salt together and apply over the chicken. Then steam cook for few minutes.
Fry chopped onion and mushroom with butter. When the onion becomes brown add tomato puree and chili sauce, and mix with yogurt. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Coat chicken with this masala mix, inside and outside. Bake in an oven at 200c until becomes a golden color. Suits with boiled potato and mixed vegetable salad.
