Ingredients
500 g Chicken
2 Onions (Big)
3 Garlic cloves
2 Whole Red Chili dry
3 g Nutmeg powder
4 g Turmeric powder
3 tsp Ginger paste
Red chili powder
Garam Masala
2- 3 Cardamom
1 cup Curd
1 cup water
1-2 bay leaf
Ghee or Butter
Direction
Add cardamom, and dry red chili and stir. Add to fry garam masala, nutmeg powder, and a bay leaf. Fry for 2 minutes. Mix curd. Stir fast. Then add chicken pieces, and cook. Add water and cook 5 more minutes.
Serve hot with naan bread or rice.
