Ingredients
500 g flour
200 ml milk
100 g butter
20 g yeast
2 egg yolks
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
egg whites to brush the bread
Directions
1. Heat milk, sugar, salt and butter. When the butter is melted, add yeast and two egg yolks. Stir it well. add flour into a bowl and mix well with the mixer.
2. Let the dough rise for about an hour with a cloth over it.
3. Divide the dough if you wish to have buns.
4. Put them on a baking sheet. Brush the bread with egg white.
5. Bake in preheated oven at about 250 C.
