Ingredients
3 apples (Green/Red)
2 tsp of cinnamon
100 g butter
180 g caster sugar
1 egg
400 g
wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
150 ml milk
Directions
1. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Stir sugar and margarine white and porous. Add the egg and the flour mixed with baking powder.
3. Pour in the milk and finally mix in the apple cubes.
4. Pour the batter into a greased mold and bake the cake in a hot oven at 175 c for about 40-50 minutes.
