Ingredients:
1200 g Chicken
350g Onion
6 pcs Garlic
2 tsp Chopped Ginger
3 medium tomatoes
2 tbs Tomato puri
1 tsp Cumin
3-4 Chili powder
3 tsp Ground coriander
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala
1-2 tsp Vinegar
4-5 tbs Oil
Salt to taste
How to Prepare
- Boil chicken legs in 6ml of water. Strain and save broth & chicken separately.
- Make a puree of ginger , garlic, tomato, tomato puree and cumin seeds in a blender.
- Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion until light brown. Sprinkle in the chili powder. Count to 5 before pouring in 100ml of water. Stir well, bring the mixture to a boil, add coriander and turmeric, and after a minute garam masala. Pour in a little water, stir, and fry for a minute.
- Add chicken and salt. Braise the chicken for 5 minutes while stirring so that the spices do not stick to the bottom of the pot. Pour in the tomato mixture to the broth. When the chicken is cooked through, add vinegar. Let simmer for 1 minute.
